In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, piso88 may require KYC documentation including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation for larger transaction volumes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.1 All transactions on piso88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and applicable limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification. piso88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. 5.1 piso88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

9.2 piso88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9.3 piso88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. piso88 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
